This class focuses on providing women with information, support and practical tools to encourage a positive and empowering birth experience. The classes include:

Breath work, one of the most useful tools for coping with labour and birth.

Posture work, to strengthen mind and body throughout pregnancy, ease common ailments of pregnancy and prepare your body for the physical demands of labour and birth.

Practicing particular postures that are suited to childbirth, which will allow you to adopt the postures that feel natural to you in labour.

Optimal foetal positioning, positions that encourage your baby into an advantageous position for birth, increasing your chances of a natural birth.

Physiological process of labour and birth, helping you to understand how you can promote hormonal production to enhance your body's natural coping mechanisms for labour and birth.

Relaxation and visualisation, to help you access your inner strength and wisdom.

The opportunity to share your experience of pregnancy with other pregnant women.

Partner workshops, providing your partner with practical tools to support you more effectively during labour and birth
