School of Bodywork: Massage Training
Massage training has been taking place at ENHC since it was established in 2001. Our aim is to provide high quality massage training with passionate and inspirational tutors; equiping students with the tools and confidence to work professionally. All our diploma courses are APNT accredited.
We currently run the following courses:
*Introduction to Massage & Bodywork: A fun informative 2 day course, introducing you to the power of touch and enabling you to work on friends and family with confidence.
*Complete Bodyworker APNT Diploma: One year qualifying diploma, in Anatomy Physiology & Massage; equips students with the tools to work professionally and with confidence.
*Remedial Massage APNT Diploma: Includes advanced massage techniques, postural observation & injury management, a stepping stone to the Sports Massage Diploma.
*Sports Massage APNT Diploma: Enables students to apply massage techniques to the more common sporting injuries, as a therapy in itself or as an adjunct to other therapies.
*Indian Head Massage Diploma: Indian Head Massage is a valuable therapy for any practitioner because it is so adaptable and suits many environments, but it also opens you up to a different culture and understanding of bodywork. A popular and versatile technique.
*Protect Your Body: Enhnace Your Career: So many therapists get burnt out, emotionally and physically. In this invaluable and informative one day workshop, you will learn how to listen to your own body, respect and protect it. A must for all therapists
*Myofascial Release Workshop: This course gives you an overview of MFR and guidance on how you can link it with other bodywork mediums. An amazingly effective bodywork technique.
*Individual CPD workshops: 10 individual workshops which make up the Remedial Massage Diploma
*First Aid Courses: Appointed persons for complementary therapists, vailid for 3 years. Run by Holos Healthcare.
