The Training Team

The Exeter Natural Health Centre training and support team are all experienced tutors and practitioners. We offer a warm, friendly, efficient and professional training environment at the centre to support the development of our students. Our course structures are designed to offer continuity through regular contact during training, one to one support of students and a wide range of training options to encourage the development of the skills required to be a successful and confident practitioner.

Jon Freeman LSOSM. APNT.

Jon is the founder director of the centre and is an experienced practitioner and tutor. Jon tutors students in the foundation study of Anatomy, Physiology and Swedish Massage and Sports Injury Massage course. Jon also tutors on the advanced technique and Post-Graduate training programme.

Carolyn Streets ITEC IPTI

Carolyn is a Reiki master/teacher as well as being a qualified massage therapist, aromatherapist, reflexologist and seated acupressure practitioner. Carolyn will be running the professional training course for Reiki at the centre.

Sylvia Wilkinson

Sylvia is a trained nurse and practised in a community hospital. She discovered Bowen in 1994 when an old injury reoccurred and found it extremely beneficial to mind and body. She is also trained in reflexology, aromatherapy, indian head massage, reiki and allergy testing. Sylvia runs a successful private practice in her home village in Herefordshire

Alison Pennicott ITEC

As training manager and administrator, Alison is the voice of the centre and will advise on training options and support you through your time at the centre.
